Hello,

TemplateToaster show the dummy data for E-Commerce CMS you can add or edit the menu in CMS backend. Check this tutorial for add menu items https://bsscommerce.com/blog/magento-2-top-navigation-menu/
Sidebar are block where you can place widgets, if widgets are not placed then it will not appear. Please follow these steps to add the sidebar widgets Magento dashboard > Content > Widgets > Add New Widget > Choose the required fields (Type of block you want to place in sidebar) and (choose theme name from Design theme) > Continue > Fill all the required fields > Add Layout update > Choose the pages list where you want to add the sidebar e.g. All Pages > After that Choose the Container as Sidebar Main > Save.
Please provide your live site address so that we can check the mobile view for different browser.
You can show or hide and change the Header Link typography in TemplateToaster. Click on Header tab > Enable or disable the Link by click on Links checkbox.

TemplateToaster provides similar theme structure as that of a default theme. Default theme of Magento 2.2 does not provide option for 'My Cart' link, rather cart button is used for this. Therefore, you can add Cart button to header using TemplateToaster.
For adding a Cart button in header, please follow the steps provided below:
Open TemplateToaster -> Go to header tab -> Select checkbox for "Cart" -> Align the button at required position.

No, you have to edit topmenu.phtml file to remove "Home" link from Main navigation Menu.

Sorry, there is no option to add local.xml file in TemplateToaster yet, for this you have to edit the file in directory. You can do it at app -> design -> frontend -> default -> themename -> layout -> local.xml .
